We are seeking a General Manager to take the reins at Novotel Cardiff: keys 138 – 11 meeting rooms plus swimming pool and car park and the infamous Restaurant “The Custom Shed.” A city‑centre hotel in the heart of Cardiff… The hotel is within easy reach of various amenities – ideal for a family get‑away or a business trip.
YOUR ROLE:
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with Novotel and Accor.
- Take full responsibility for hotel operations, financial results, and brand standards.

- Drive sales, control costs, and maximise revenue across rooms, meetings & events and F&B.
