Relax and unwind with our fantastic leisure facilities, including a gym, swimming pool and steam room. The on‑site Customs Shed restaurant offers a mix of local and international cuisine, while the bar boasts a selection of beverages for you to relax and savour.
Set up restaurant, bar, breakfast area and all areas as required by the hotel, and help clean and tidy areas and equipment used during his/her work shift. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department. Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way. Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards. Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions. Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
- Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong team player and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Essential to be flexible with working hours.
- Must already have the right to work in the UK.
