The predicted salary is between 28800 - 28800 £ per year.

You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
  • Breakfast Buffet Setup and Replenishment
  • Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
  • Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks and coffees
  • Good knowledge of our products
  • Take responsibility for your designated section and station
  • Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
  • Receiving and processing customers’ payments
  • Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables
  • Taking a positive problem‑solving approach to guest problems and concerns
  • Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services
