As our next Sous Chef, you

Show a passion and creativity for food, ingredients and flavours.

Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.

Are responsible for running the kitchen and supporting the Head Chef in a busy kitchen.

Are confident in managing, training and passing on your knowledge to the team.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Our hotel offers 141rooms, and restaurant, bar, conference, room service, and gym/sauna/steam room.
