As our next Reservation Team Member, you will be:
- Responsible for all reservations over the phone, by fax or internet, e-mail and handling all associated operations
- Increase and optimise room sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policy
- In this role you ensure guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested in line with the Companystandards.
- Follow up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team.
- Handle reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand.
- Enter reservation details precisely and correctly.
- Ensure that information is passed on to the people concerned.
- Confirm the reservation; taking care over written communications.
- Communicate and cooperate with the other hotel departments.
Qualifications
- Guest focused personality is essential

- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
