Recently refurbished, branded hotel in West Edinburgh is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be considered for promotion to Maintenance Manager.

What we expect:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or in a similar role.
- Certification in maintenance or a related field.
- Experience in being responsible for and coordinating H&S and fire safety.
- A working knowledge of completing risk assessments.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, door lock systems and general building maintenance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, contractors, trades and other departments.
- Experience in pool, steam room and gym maintenance are very desirable.
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and maintain all H&S, Fire safety and PPM of rooms records.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
