Elegant, French hotel with recently refurbished restaurant is looking for a Junior Restaurant Manager in the West-end area of Edinburgh. The ideal candidate has experience in restaurant leadership roles and wants to progress his/her career to top restaurant management by leading a brand-new unique concept.
