As our next Night Receptionist, you are the face of Novotel Edinburgh Centre, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay. You will assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day. You are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
  • Ensuring a wonderful guest experience.
  • Ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
  • Handling all calls promptly and professionally.
  • Documenting accurately all internal and guest messages.
  • Using every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Attending to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer Service
