The Office Manager is part of our Human Resources Team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Office. Our environment is based on activity-based working, creating a dynamic place to work and adopting a flexible approach for all employees. Our Office Manager needs to be proactive, forward-thinking, and an engaged individual that can work effectively with different teams in different environments.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant experience working with leadership/executive team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and could build trust and respect with stakeholders and office team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – intermediate level and ability to learn & use new technology systems quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Office Management Oversight: Ensuring the daily maintenance of meeting rooms, office rooms, and office-based technology. Building/Vendor Management & coordinate overall office management and maintain staff recreational areas, Mail & Courier management. Point of contact for visitors and office guests. Office Social Chair – coordinate office and team building social activities.
- Administrative Oversight: Assist with various HR processes: including onboarding, offboarding, and leave management. Serve as an on-site resource for employees, supporting HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures. Provide administrative support to stakeholders and management as required. Coordinating meetings & training sessions. Assist with coordination of business-related travel and expense reports. Provide IT support as needed. Diary Management for the executive team. Coordination of travel and meeting arrangements for the senior executives. Organization of events. Compilation of PowerPoint presentations. Stakeholder Management.
