We’re looking for a Senior Digital PR Strategist to join our award winning team at NOVOS. You will lead on client accounts, own the delivery of our campaigns and you’ll combine that creativity with data to deliver results that drive organic performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client & Strategy Ownership
- Lead on a portfolio of client accounts, with support from a Digital PR Strategist and your Digital PR Manager.
- Develop and deliver Digital PR strategies that directly align with wider SEO goals, with the aim of driving genuine organic performance.
- Understanding client goals and translating them into a clear roadmap of activity that will ultimately deliver measurable impact.
Campaign Delivery
- Own ideation and delivery of both reactive and proactive Digital PR campaigns.
- Use data to guide every stage of a campaign, from using opportunity analysis data to fuel ideation and content creation through to execution and reporting.
- Ensure you’re intune with reactive opportunities to enable the delivery of compelling and engaging stories that meet the needs of journalists.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor backlink profiles and general performance using tools like Ahrefs and SEO Monitor, identifying what’s working and what’s missing.
- Evaluate the impact of links to key pages like PDPs and PLPs—and shape future activity based on those insights.
- Work with your account team and the wider teams to explain the “why” behind performance changes in Digital PR.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with all members of the team to share knowledge, problem solve and support development.
- Consistently contribute to internal brainstorms, training, and process development.
- Continuously upskill in Digital PR, SEO & AI best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Digital PR role.
- Experience building links through creative campaigns and reactive content.
- A clear understanding of how Digital PR supports SEO performance for eCommerce sites.
- Confident using PR and SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, MuckRack & SEO Monitor).
- Able to analyse backlink data and use data to inform strategies.
- Strong communication skills and experience leading client calls.
- Organised, reliable and adept with all aspects of account management.
- Creative, curious and eager to keep learning.
- Proactive mindset, not waiting to be asked to do something, you take the lead in all aspects of your role.
