This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.
Location: Remote - the ideal candidate will need to be based in either London, Cambridge or Oxford. Scotland can be considered.
Job descriptions:
- Responsible for communicating with sales teams to promote the transformation of business opportunities, completing quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
- Responsible for timely communication with customers to solve pre-sales problems and providing customers with solutions when necessary.
- Support the analysis of regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
- Support dynamic research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industrial science and technologies.
- Business travel when required to support client meetings and Company events.
- Support other business requirements when needed.
Your skills and experience:
- PhD. / M.S in molecular biology, genetics and related majors.
- Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
- Outstanding listening, verbal and written English communication skills.
- Be proactive. Have pioneering spirit.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good at communication and teamwork.
- Native language speaking will be a big plus.
