We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support within our Project Management team.

This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and excellent NGS background.

You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Ph D. / M. S in molecular biology, genetics and related majors.

Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred .

  • Outstanding listening, verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Be proactive. Have pioneering spirit. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good at communication and teamwork.

Job Description

  • Responsible for communicating with sales and promoting the transformation of business opportunities and complete the quarterly and annual payment and settlement targets.
  • Responsible for timely communication with customers and solving pre-sales problems and provide customers with solutions and experimental design when necessary.
  • Participate in the analysis of potential customer groups and mine relevant customer information.
  • Participate in market demand feedback, product competition investigation, latest scientific research dynamic analysis, etc.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
  • Business trips are required for this position.
