Novogene Europe is seeking an experienced and dynamic UK & Ireland Sales Manager to lead and drive sales efforts across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing key customer relationships, and motivating a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong background in genomics, exceptional sales leadership skills, and a track record of selling to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and top-tier customers in the biotech, biopharma, and pharmaceutical industries.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed company targets and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the UK & Ireland sales team to drive business growth.
- Identify and engage with new business opportunities in academia, biotech, biopharma, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Travel with the sales team across the UK and Ireland to support client meetings and business development.
- Represent Novogene at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across Europe.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, utilizing CRM tools and data analysis.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a management role. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Bachelor’s degree in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field (MSc or PhD preferred). Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
