As part of the senior management team, the role contributes to corporate strategy and long-term business success, while considering future maintenance and sustainability impacts of new homes.\\n\\nKnowledge and experience:\\n\\n * Proven experience of leading, managing and delivering construction/development programmes.\\n\\n * Demonstrable experience of complex project planning and project management and delivery.\\n\\n * Contemporary knowledge and understanding of the key issues affecting housing development and construction.\\n\\n * Proven staff management experience, leading and motivating teams within a customer-focused environment.\\n\\n * Knowledge and proven experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver improved services and performance.\\n\\n * Knowledge and understanding of best practice in construction.\\n\\n * Demonstrable experience of achieving and enabling continuous business improvement.\\n\\nThis is an opportunity for someone to take full responsibility of the function and continue the development of design, delivery and supply practices.
