Location: Hybrid / Remote (UK-based)

Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We\’re looking for an experienced Senior HubSpot Consultant to join our growing team. This role will take ownership of complex, data-driven HubSpot implementations and guide clients through CRM design, build, and optimisation — with a strong emphasis on data architecture, integration, and system evaluation .

You\’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients\’ CRM ecosystems are not only functional but strategically aligned with their business goals. This is a hands‐on position that combines consultancy, technical architecture, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and build of HubSpot CRM rollouts across marketing, sales, and service hubs.

Evaluate existing systems and data environments to inform architecture and migration planning.

Design and implement scalable data architectures , ensuring efficient data flow between systems.

Oversee data migrations , ensuring integrity, accuracy, and minimal disruption.

Plan and manage system integrations , connecting HubSpot with key business tools and platforms.

Act as the primary HubSpot expert for clients, advising on best practices, automation, and optimisation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, strategists, and project managers to deliver end‐to‐end CRM solutions.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal process improvements.

Required Experience

3–5 years of HubSpot experience , ideally within a HubSpot Solutions Partner or agency environment.

Proven success in HubSpot CRM implementation and configuration projects.

HubSpot Training Experience

Strong experience with data migration, data cleansing, and system integration (e.g., with Salesforce, ERP, or marketing automation systems).

Solid understanding of data architecture and system evaluation methodologies .

Confident managing multiple projects in a fast‐paced, client‐facing environment .

Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas for non-technical audiences.

Desirable Skills

HubSpot Certifications

Experience using HubSpot APIs or middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom integrations).

Familiarity with SQL, data modelling , or basic BI/reporting tools.

Experience leading client workshops, training sessions and discovery sessions.
