The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced HubSpot Consultant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on configuring HubSpot to meet our clients\’ exact needs. From CRM customisation to team training, you’ll be at the heart of our implementation projects—ensuring quality, clarity, and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customise the HubSpot platform to match client-specific requirements.
- Design CRM architecture, create workflows, build properties, and set up pipelines.
- Conduct platform testing, QA, and troubleshooting ahead of go-lives.
- Deliver live and virtual training sessions for client teams.
- Create detailed documentation and user manuals for all implementations.
- Support CRM migrations from platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, Zendesk, SugarCRM, etc.
- Liaise with client stakeholders to understand needs and provide strategic input.
- Stay up to date with HubSpot product updates and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM across multiple hubs.
- Solid understanding of CRM architecture and database structures.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence to run workshops and training.
- Experience with CRM migrations or integrations is highly desirable.
- Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects.
- UK-based with flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
