Special Situations & Restructuring Lawyer - Asset Manager - 6pqe+

Great new opportunity for a senior transactional lawyer to join this collaborative team focusing on alternative credit investments, asset-based investments/securitisations, special situations, and major corporate debt restructurings in the UK and Europe

You will work with investment and asset management teams to lead transactions, including distressed investments and restructurings, from inception through to successful exit. As a key member of the legal team you will also work closely with the portfolio management team to review proposed restructurings and proactively address issues within their existing portfolio. It\’s a great role for a highly commercial lawyer.

You will have 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience at a leading international law firm or in-house with a global bank or asset manager and been able to seamlessly drive complex transactions, optimise portfolios and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
