An exciting opportunity for a transactional lawyer to join this global asset manager in a senior role.

You will have 8+ years’ experience at a leading international law firm and/or asset manager, with a focus on private equity transactions in the UK and Europe. Your expertise should include commercial real estate, asset and corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, and co-investment structures, with experience in development being a plus.

Success in this role requires a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
