As the Practice Development Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining standards for hedge funds and private funds (offering documents, constitutional documents, LPAs, IMAs, etc.)
- Developing a training programme for funds lawyers, working using AI on these documents.
You will have 6+ years of post-qualification experience. Work from home is possible, but you would need to work on being embedded in the team and visible. This is not full time - likely 4 days per week, candidate dependent.
