A great opportunity for a junior lawyer to move into a broad in-house legal role with a specialist global investment manager. The role offers exposure across transactions, trading documentation, fund launches, commercial contracts, governance and wider legal advisory work.

You will work closely with investment, compliance, operations and distribution teams, gaining a real understanding of how an investment manager operates. The team is open to lawyers from funds, finance, derivatives, structured finance, corporate or broader transactional backgrounds.
