We are seeking a corporate M&A / PE or Funds lawyer looking to make the move in-house.
Day to day may include providing advice on third party ‘white label’ funds, managed accounts and the firm’s private strategies (NPL, VC, Green PE).
You will work closely with the relevant business teams across the wider legal team in the UK and globally.
Please note that while this role will require you to review Italian legal documentation, you will be working in the London office providing legal advice in English across the Group on a broad range of matters.
