Join a leading global investment manager as an Employment Lawyer within a high-performing international legal team. This is a broad, commercially focused role advising on global employment and partnership matters across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with HR, senior stakeholders and external counsel worldwide.
The work spans employment documentation, policies, organisational change, employee relations and wider cross-border projects, with a stronger advisory than contentious focus.
The team is looking for a commercially minded employment lawyer with c.5–10 years’ PQE, ideally with some international exposure and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. While support and development are very much part of the culture, they value lawyers who are intellectually curious, pragmatic and keen to take ownership.
