Greenfield Company Secretary hire at a premier, independent global asset manager with a team of ~200 professionals that operates across key financial hubs worldwide. This is a standalone position in the London office. Reporting directly to the General Counsel and deputy CEO you will take full ownership of corporate governance and regulatory compliance across their UK entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate governance: Lead board and committee meetings, build agendas, and deliver high-quality board packs.
  • Maintain statutory compliance: Ensure alignment with the Companies Act, manage corporate filings, and track meeting action items.
  • Advise leadership: Serve as the core point of contact for the Chair and support non-executive directors.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in investment management.
  • Skills: Expert minute-taking within regulated environments and flawless attention to detail.
  • Credentials: Degree-educated or holding a relevant professional qualification. Lawyers with genuine cosec experience would be considered.
