Global investment manager that continues to go from strength to strength has created new head count for a highly capable funds lawyer (4-8PQE). Best known for their systematic and quantitative strategies, and their general love of technology. You would be joining a global team of lawyers that work collaboratively in a relatively flat structure.
Previous experience in a variety of Investment funds work is sought, as is a willingness to broaden your skill set. Day to day may include:
- Drafting and reviewing fund documentation
- Reviewing documentation for private investments
- Assisting with investor relation matters, including onboarding new investors and negotiating investor side letters
