Excellent funds-focused legal role within a growing, regulated investment platform. We are looking for a mid-level lawyer (3β5 PQE) with an interest in fintech, Web3, and digital assets who has strong fund formation, regulatory and investment products exposure, looking to move closer to the business in a broad in-house position.
Role:
- Advising on fund launches and structured investment products
- Drafting IMAs, fund administration agreements, side letters and commercial contracts
- Supporting governance, GDPR and corporate matters
- Regulatory licensing, filings and ongoing compliance
Background:
- Qualified lawyer, 3β5 PQE
- Experience in AIFMD / MiFID and cross-border fund structures
- Solid corporate and investment management grounding
- Private practice and/or in-house experience
