• Work directly with senior leadership, guiding them through complex, strategic employment issues that shape the firm’s people agenda.
• Provide high‑value advisory work, nuanced problem‑solving and partner with decision‑makers across the business.
• Support the HR function by handling day‑to‑day drafting, enabling focus on strategic issues.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to advise at a senior level.
• Experience in an international corporate environment (preferred).
