Excellent in-house counsel role for a derivatives lawyer with 5-8 years of PQE, based in London.
You will join a team responsible for managing and overseeing legal aspects of trading activities for a well-known, dynamic alternative asset manager. The role involves supporting business initiatives across multiple trading entities and asset classes, requiring close collaboration with internal teams, external counsel, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing trading documentation including ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Securities Lending Agreements, prime brokerage agreements, clearing agreements, MiFID II terms of business, and digital assets trading agreements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-8 PQE qualified in England and Wales.
- Solid experience in derivatives and trading, preferably gained at a city law firm.
