Great opportunity to join a top team at one of the best global asset managers. You will assist in the provision of legal support for the investment fund range. Day to day will include launching new investment funds, negotiating distribution agreements, IMAs, investor side letters, confidentiality agreements, advising on and reviewing ECM documentation, regulatory matters and more.

Having trained and qualified into the funds team of a top tier city law firm, you will be experienced in structuring and fund launches. Hedge funds are the primary focus, but you will also cover the closed-ended fund offering. You will be keen to get exposure both to hedge and PEF. Compensation and culture are both excellent.
