Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel – Asset Management (Irish Qual) Location: London or Dublin You will be joining an excellent in-house team of senior subject matter experts, providing high-level legal advice and support across a range of complex fund documentation, investment management agreements, and cross-border distribution agreements. As a senior member of this global legal team you will work closely with key business partners and Head of Legal and support the more junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation, investment management agreements, cross-border distribution agreements, and other commercial contracts. Provide legal advice to senior-level management and directors on matters related to the regulated Irish entity. Collaborate with external counsel and work closely with colleagues across EMEA, APAC, and the US . Support the Head of Legal on regulatory, strategic, and other ad hoc legal projects. Skills & Qualifications: Irish Qualified Lawyer (8+ PQE) – with substantial UCITS experience. Strong background in financial services from a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
