A leading international investment manager is seeking a high‑calibre Transactional Lawyer to join its London legal team.
We’re looking for someone with strong capital markets and/or corporate experience from a top‑tier law firm (ECM/DCM/IPO/PE experience all valuable), with the ability to review and draft complex transactional documents and deliver clear, commercial advice in a fast‑moving environment.
Excellent calibre of work, culture and work-life balance. They rarely recruit as attrition is extremely low.
We are looking for 3‑6 PQE Private Equity Transactional / Corporate / Capital Markets private practice experience. Prior in‑house secondments beneficial.
