Employment Lawyer - In-House

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an employment lawyer to join a tech‑focused investment manager with close to 500 employees across multiple global offices, and more openings on the horizon. This firm continues to expand steadily and has demonstrated strong stability with no volatility.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the C‑Suite, contribute to a high‑performing environment, and be part of an ambitious, people‑centric global business. You will work within a close‑knit team of five (including experienced HR professionals) supporting on a broad range of matters, including:
Managing international matters in collaboration with local counsel
Advising on employee benefits
Supporting broader HR/legal work across the organisation
You will have approximately 6 years’ post‑qualification experience gained at a well‑regarded City law firm. You will be sharp, bright, proactive, and comfortable working both collaboratively and independently. You will need to have spent time practising employment law at a reputable firm in London, New Zealand or Australia.
