Join a leading global investment manager as an Employment Lawyer supporting a high-performing team worldwide. This is an outstanding opportunity for a sharp, commercially minded lawyer to develop their career in a dynamic international environment. You’ll advise on a wide range of global employment and partnership matters, working closely with internal stakeholders and local counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Typical work includes:

  • Supporting on employment and partnership documentation, benefits, and policies.
  • Partnering with HR and business leaders on employee relations, organisational changes, and risk management.
  • Liaising with local counsel to ensure compliance with local labour laws and global standards.
  • Assisting with cross-border projects in a fast-paced, collaborative legal team.

While the work is broad, it’s more non-contentious than contentious.

We are looking for:

  • A strong grounding in employment law 5-10 PQE (UK-qualified or equivalent).
  • Experience of international or cross-border employment issues.
  • A commercial, pragmatic approach, comfortable balancing legal precision with business needs.
  • Supervision and guidance are available, the team will bring you on and help you develop, but they value curiosity, initiative, and intellectual agility.
