We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join a growing Legal team. Initially, the position will primarily involve supporting the legal team's review of counterparty and trading documents including:
- Review and negotiation of key trading documents - ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs, MCA, Prime Brokerage, Clearing, Custody, Repo etc.
- Working with external counsel and the trading/operations/risk teams.
- Approving new trading instruments, answering desk queries and investigating feasibility of trading in new markets.
- Working with Operations and Business Management teams to improve processes through development of systematic solutions.
- Digesting new regulation and industry changes/initiatives and communicating them to wider business.
Later the role may also involve assisting on a wider range of legal matters from fund documentation to commercial contractual and general business matters.
