Start your Health & Safety career with a role that gets you out from behind the desk. Are you a recent graduate, newly qualified in Health & Safety, or a couple of years into your H&S career and not seeing a progression path? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing, multi-site business where no two days will look the same. You won't be stuck in one office doing paperwork all week. This is a hands-on role where you'll be out visiting different sites, meeting people, building on your Health & Safety knowledge, and helping make sure everyone gets home safely.

The company is continuing to grow and has sites across the country, giving you the chance to build proper experience, develop quickly and learn from an experienced Health & Safety Manager and team. What makes this role exciting? You'll be on-site, seeing the work first-hand, speaking with managers and employees, spotting risks, supporting improvements and helping build a positive safety culture across the business. This is the kind of role that can give a young Health & Safety professional a strong foundation for their career.

What you'll be doing:

  • Visiting different company sites and supporting day-to-day Health & Safety activity
  • Helping complete risk assessments, inspections and safety checks
  • Supporting accident and near-miss investigations
  • Getting involved in toolbox talks, employee training and safety conversations
  • Helping improve H&S systems, processes and site standards
  • Working closely with site teams to identify practical improvements
  • Preparing reports, updates and safety information
  • Learning how Health & Safety works across a busy, growing, multi-site business

What we're looking for:

  • Someone ambitious, practical and keen to build a career in Health & Safety
  • NEBOSH Certificate or a relevant degree/qualification
  • A person who enjoys being out on-site rather than sitting behind a desk all day
  • Full driving licence and access to transport
  • Ideally some experience in Health & Safety, compliance, Manufacturing, Food, Logistics, construction or a site-based environment.

This is a great chance to join a company that is growing, investing and willing to develop the right person. Full details, including Salary & Benefits package will be discussed upon application. You'll receive training, mentoring, career progression and the opportunity to build experience across multiple sites, ideal for someone at the start of their Health & Safety career who wants to learn quickly and make a real impact.

If you're motivated, people-focused and ready to get stuck into a varied Health & Safety role, this could be a great move.
