Want to join a company entering the Belfast market at scale? My clients are now entering the next phase of their journey, transitioning into full-scale commercial operations. This includes plans for a major new facility in Belfast, representing an investment of over £80+ million. Join a company before its biggest chapter begins. Our client is at a pivotal stage of growth and commercial expansion!

This is a unique position in an industry new to the NI landscape. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at a genuinely transformational point in its development. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the existing operation while helping shape the systems, standards and culture that will underpin a significant new industrial facility.

While this is a senior appointment, it is very much a hands-on leadership role. You'll work closely with operational, engineering and technical teams, influencing both day-to-day performance and long-term strategic direction. For someone ambitious, the opportunity extends well beyond the initial remit. As the organisation grows its local footprint and commercial operations expand, there is significant scope for the role to evolve into a broader leadership position with increased responsibility and influence.

Critical elements of the role will be:

  • Waste Management
  • Implementing standards
  • Permits

The role will suit someone from a Recycling, Waste, Energy or Chemical background.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Play a leading role in the development of a major new Belfast manufacturing facility
  • Be part of a pioneering, future-focused industrial operation
  • Work directly with senior leadership on a high-profile growth programme
  • Enjoy genuine career progression as the business expands locally
  • Senior-level influence with a practical, hands-on approach

This is the kind of opportunity that doesn't come around often in Northern Ireland, a chance to help build something significant from the ground up while shaping the future of a rapidly growing operation.

Whats in it for you?

  • Salary range from 60-75K depending on experience
  • Car scheme
  • Private Healthcare & much more!
