As HSE Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop an established team of Health & Safety Advisors, supporting both personal growth and business objectives.
  • Drive the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental strategy, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across all operations.
  • Oversee risk management processes, environmental permits, and legal compliance obligations.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Wellbeing matters, providing guidance to senior leadership.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report HSE performance data internally and to external regulatory bodies.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, placing employee wellbeing and workplace safety at the centre of the organisation.
