Novo Nordisk UK is seeking an experienced UK Employment Tax Manager to lead employment tax for our UK entities, including NNL and NNRD UK. You will ensure PAYE, NIC and HMRC reporting accuracy, maintain controls and governance, and advise on legislation and HMRC policy to keep payroll compliant and people paid correctly.
The role requires strong UK employment tax experience, ATT or CTA, and proven stakeholder management, with responsibility for SAO and RTI, PSA/P11D, and remuneration tax matters.
