Your new department The Clinical Development Centre UK is at the forefront of bringing innovative treatments to patients.

Our team works across multiple therapy areas, partnering with leading research sites and investigators throughout the UK.

We foster a culture of risk-based quality management and continuous improvement, ensuring that every trial we deliver meets the highest standards while advancing medical science.

Our clinical trials administration functions are based in the UK Gatwick office; we have home-based trial management teams and four field based regional Clinical Operations CRA teams covering the monitoring of our trial sites across the UK.

Your new role As the result of an internal move, a vacancy has become available for a CRA in the South West regional Clinical Operations CRA team where the successful candidate will join a dedicated group of monitoring professionals responsible for overseeing clinical trial conduct across investigator sites in the South West of England.

The team plays a critical role in ensuring Novo Nordisk's portfolio of trials delivers high-quality data supporting regulatory submissions and, ultimately, bringing new treatments to patients faster.

Your skills & qualifications We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate who thrives in a field-based position and is passionate about clinical research excellence.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring: A degree in life sciences, a pharmacy, nursing or relevant qualification Thorough working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, local regulatory requirements and clinical trial processes Strong organisational, time-management and prioritization skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders Willingness to travel extensively within the South West region (and occasionally beyond) to conduct site visits and attend meetings You may already have experience as a CRA in the pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO industry Working at Novo Nordisk Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
