The Position

Are you an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a passion for medical education? We are seeking a Senior Medical Education Project Manager to develop and implement strategic, compliant field-based educational initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will lead the creation of evidence-based, medical education programs for the field team, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of field medical education strategy based on insights from healthcare professionals and health systems.
  • Ensure the delivery of tailored educational tools that align with NHS requirements and Novo Nordisk's strategy.
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal signatories to develop and certify high-quality educational materials.
  • Lead the process for obtaining Continuing Professional Development accreditation and other relevant certifications for field medical education programs.
  • Support organisational readiness by training internal teams on the effective execution of medical education activities.
  • Optimise processes, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in medical education activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline.
  • Knowledge of ABPI code is a must.
  • Strong pharmaceutical industry experience, including understanding of matrix organisations.
  • Experience leading departmental and cross-functional projects.
  • A solid understanding of the UK Healthcare system and medical education needs.
