Your new role
As Senior Medical Advisor for Private Obesity, you’ll be at the forefront of medical strategy development, working with healthcare professionals and private providers to improve access and outcomes for people living with obesity. Your medical expertise will directly shape how care is delivered across the UK private sector—supporting care at scale for more than 3 million patients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving regional and national scientific advisory services for healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with business needs and PMCPA requirements
- Developing and executing KOL management strategies, advisory boards, and medical education through omnichannel approaches
- Partnering with private providers to identify solutions along clinical care pathways that support improved patient outcomes
- Leading PMCPA-related compliance activities
- Contributing to integrated evidence plans and contributing to real world evidence generation to build a robust evidence base
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, providing medical and scientific expertise to multichannel engagement, marketing, sales and market access and support internal training of relevant stakeholders
- Leading local symposia and educational events on obesity and Novo Nordisk therapies
