As Financial Controller you will coordinate the UK accounting team, manage treasury and cashflow, compile the NNRCO Board pack, and steer statutory accounts and external audits. Your new role

You will play a key role the Oxford accounting Team and the entire accounting process related to Record to Report, including local journal entries, month-end close, and consolidation for external reporting such as the UK statutory accounts. You will possess the decision-making power to identify, define, and develop solutions to complex issues and problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes.

Your new area

You will join our UK R&D finance function – a collaborative, fast‑paced team committed to accuracy, impactful financial insights and compliance with local regulations and standards. We are responsible for managing Record to Report activities, local journal entries, and month-end close processes. We consolidate financial data for external reporting, such as the Annual Report, and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting, including Sarbanes Oxley and the Minimum Controls framework.
