As Communications Manager – Consumer Media & Influencer Engagement, you'll lead how we tell our story to the UK public – translating complex science into culturally relevant narratives and building the relationships, assets and influencer programmes that make those stories land.
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering a proactive consumer and lifestyle media strategy aligned to UK communications priorities, and building strong relationships with journalists, editors and key media stakeholders.
- Identifying, shaping and landing compelling stories that turn complex science and disease areas into accessible, culturally relevant narratives, and maintaining a forward-looking pipeline of features and media moments.
- Designing and leading influencer and creator engagement strategies – including selection, vetting, management and evaluation – ensuring full compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice and internal governance.
