Your new role
As CRM Lead, you will be the catalyst for transforming how we engage with customers across the UK affiliate. You'll own the adoption and optimisation of our CRM strategy, working at the intersection of technology, commercial execution and cross-functional collaboration to enhance how we serve healthcare professionals and patients.
Responsibilities
- Driving CRM usage across all functions and championing adoption within cross-functional teams to embed a customer‑first mindset.
- Investigating and implementing ways to improve CRM adoption, establish workflows and data input standards that drive simplicity and integration.
- Acting as the local point of contact for solution providers, regional and IO project teams, ensuring alignment between UK requirements and global strategy.
- Advising and engaging senior leaders on the business changes required for successful CRM adoption and commercial impact.
- Owning, monitoring and reporting progress on new features deployment, upgrades and gap analysis.
- Leading dashboard training and adoption initiatives in partnership with Commercial Excellence, frontline sales teams and Customer Engagement Champions.
- Ensuring full compliance within CRM systems and maintaining detailed knowledge of all CRM‑linked projects.

Within International Operations, you'll be part of the UK affiliate's Customer Engagement function – a team focused on optimising how we connect with healthcare professionals and patients through digital platforms and CRM solutions. Your role will be pivotal in enabling the UK affiliate to deliver on its commercial ambitions while maintaining the highest standards of customer engagement and regulatory compliance.
Your skills & qualifications
- Demonstrable experience scoping and deploying CRM solutions in the pharmaceutical sector, with a proven track record in CRM project management.
- Hands‑on experience working with Veeva CRM solutions and pharmaceutical project management environments.
- Experience managing large‑scale projects that deliver tangible business benefits, with strong collaboration and customer focus.
- Effective project management skills combined with the ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strategic thinking and conceptual problem‑solving capabilities.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, multichannel working environments and key data sources such as IQVIA sales data.
- A degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, mathematics or similar (marketing/business/business informatics qualification desirable).
