Your new role

As Content Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of integrated, high-quality campaigns that drive engagement across healthcare professional, consumer and public audiences. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will be responsible for creating connected, multichannel experiences that deliver measurable business impact while supporting the Private Obesity business unit's ambitious growth agenda.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Developing and optimising high-quality digital content and customer-facing experiences across web and relevant digital platforms, ensuring every touchpoint adds value.
  • Driving the content delivery roadmap by curating, creating and delivering impactful content in collaboration with cross-functional Novo Nordisk teams.
  • Designing and executing campaigns that create engaging customer experiences across multiple channels, from conception through to delivery.
  • Ensuring all content complies with UK pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines, including the ABPI Code of Practice and internal approval processes.
  • Translating customer, channel and performance insights into actionable content recommendations that improve engagement and support commercial outcomes.
  • Managing Veeva PromoMats job bags, coordinating approval workflows to ensure materials progress compliantly and on time.
  • Partnering with marketing, medical, sales, compliance and customer experience teams to streamline workflows and deliver quality at pace.

Within International Operations, the Customer Engagement Team sits at the heart of how we connect with the people we serve, supporting the Private Obesity business unit with strategic thinking and hands‑on execution to deliver campaigns that resonate with consumers, healthcare professionals and public audiences alike.

Your skills & qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, communications, digital, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, multichannel, digital customer engagement or content management at local level within the pharmaceutical industry or as a service provider to the industry (healthcare, consumer health, digital health, pharma, OTC, or other regulated sectors).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful, consumer-focused content experiences with a particular focus on delivering personalised and impactful content for private consumers.
  • Strong knowledge of digital content development, web content management, channel best practice and content optimisation across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign design and execution, including agency and vendor management.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, writing, editing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for consumer audiences.
  • High level of comfort working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Good understanding of compliance requirements within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
