Your new role
As our Digital Execution Lead, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels ensuring that all content undergoes the required review and approval process. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling, channel-specific content, analyse performance, and contribute to strategies that elevate customer engagement and conversion.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Campaign planning and execution: Support the development and execution of integrated digital campaigns (email, HCP social, media, webinars,) aligning with brand and business objectives and delivered within orchestrated multi-phase customer journeys.
- Content creation and delivery: Partner with designers, copywriters and content creators to develop engaging, channel-optimised digital assets that maintain brand consistency and resonate with target audiences. Ensure all content undergoes the required review and approval process before publication to maintain compliance.
- Performance monitoring and analysis: Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion and ROI, prepare regular performance reports and translate insights into concrete optimisation recommendations.
- Email marketing: Support segmentation, multi-phase journeys, A/B testing and database hygiene, ensuring adherence to email marketing best practices.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, medical and customer engagement teams, contributing fresh ideas in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Administrative support: Assist with budget tracking, campaign documentation, Veeva PromoMats job bag processing and management of project timelines and deliverables.

Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a digitally curious and detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Communications or a related field, along with 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing – ideally in a campaign manager or digital channels role.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices, with proven proficiency in marketing automation tools, email platforms and analytics tools such as Adobe and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for translating complex information into clear, engaging content.
- A creative mindset paired with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content delivery systems, Veeva Vault, Veeva PromoMats, marketing automation platforms and analytics tools is considered a plus.
