We’re building a brand that blends premium design, affordable memberships, and a thriving community. Our Southwark location, currently under development, will be our latest flagship space Responsibilities: Drive membership sales during the pre-sale phase Build local awareness and interest in the brand Conduct door-to-door and B2B outreach to: Local residents Nearby businesses and corporate offices Take payments and manage the full membership sign-up process Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs Represent Novo with professionalism and enthusiasm in all community interactions Report directly to senior management with updates, insights, and performance data Ideal Candidate Previous sales experience (fitness or retail background preferred) Self-motivated and target-driven Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident in both 1:1 and group interactions Comfortable working independently and proactively Passionate about health, fitness, and community building
