- Offer expert advice to help members get the most out of their workouts
- Ensure the gym environment remains welcoming, clean, and safe—creating the perfect space for all to train
Qualifications
- Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and motivating environment for members
- Relevant fitness qualifications, nationally recognized certification in fitness instruction
- CPR/AED certification (if available)
