The Role

As a Personal Trainer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality one-to-one personal training sessions.
• Creating tailored training programmes based on member goals.
• Supporting members with confidence, technique, motivation, and accountability.
• Conducting gym inductions and helping new members feel comfortable.
• Following up with suitable PT leads and member enquiries provided through the club.
• Maintaining a professional and positive gym floor presence across Novo Gyms sites.
• Building strong relationships with members to support retention and results.
• Promoting your personal training services and growing your client base.
• Supporting member engagement initiatives, challenges, events, and club activity.
• Supporting the wider team in creating an energetic and motivating gym environment.
• Representing Novo Gyms professionally across all locations.

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to engage with members, support inductions, and create a strong presence within the club.
• CPR/AED certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
