Fitness Instructor – Greenwich, London Job Description: Novo Gyms, a leading gym chain committed to transforming the fitness landscape, is seeking a dedicated Class Instructor to join our team in Greenwich. As a Class Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality fitness classes and personalized training sessions to help our members achieve their health and wellness goals. Responsibilities: Lead a variety of fitness classes tailored to different fitness levels and interests, including strength training, cardio, flexibility, and more. Provide small group training sessions, offering workout plans and guidance. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage to ensure member safety and effectiveness. Motivate and inspire members to stay committed to their fitness journey and push beyond their limits. Assist in the development and implementation of new fitness programs and initiatives. Maintain a clean and organized workout environment and ensure equipment is properly maintained. Required Qualifications: Certified Fitness Instructor with a recognized accreditation (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). Strong knowledge of fitness principles, exercise physiology, and training techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead dynamic and engaging fitness classes for diverse populations. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
