The Role

As a Fitness Instructor, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality gym inductions and helping new members feel confident using the facilities.
• Providing friendly, professional support and fitness advice to members.
• Maintaining a visible, approachable, and motivating presence on the gym floor.
• Ensuring members are using equipment safely, confidently, and correctly.
• Supporting members with general training guidance, technique, and motivation.
• Helping create an inspiring, energetic, and welcoming gym environment.
• Supporting member engagement, challenges, events, and club initiatives.
• Assisting with classes, group sessions, or member activities where required.
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and premium gym environment.
• Supporting the wider team in delivering an excellent member experience.
• Promoting a positive and motivating training environment for members of all fitness levels.

What We’re Looking For

• Recognised fitness instruction qualification.
• A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
• Ability to motivate and support members of all fitness levels.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and grow with the business.
• Interest in progressing into Personal Training, group exercise, leadership, or management is a bonus.
• CPR/AED or First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
